Who We Are

Jimmy Fairly was founded in Paris in 2010 with one clear ambition: create beautifully designed, high-quality eyewear at fair prices.

We launch new collections every six weeks and operate more than 160 stores across Europe and the UK.

In December 2025, we opened our very first U.S. store in Nolita — and it has quickly become a high-performing flagship. Strong traffic, record weekends, and a fast-growing local community have made it an exciting place to work.

Because of this momentum, we’re expanding the team.


The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you are the energy of the store.

You welcome clients, style them, guide them, and make sure they leave feeling confident and excited about their purchase. You don’t just process transactions — you create memorable experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal clients.

You’ll work alongside our Licensed Opticians and leadership team to deliver a seamless, high-level retail experience in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

Deliver an Outstanding Client Experience

Welcome every client with warmth and confidence.
Guide frame styling with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
Understand client needs and recommend products naturally.
Support lens conversations alongside the optician.
Close sales confidently while keeping the experience effortless and authentic.

Drive Performance

Contribute to ambitious store targets.
Stay proactive and energized during high-traffic moments.
Build repeat business through strong client relationships.
Be comfortable recommending add-ons and increasing basket size.

Support Store Operations

Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Support inventory organization and deliveries.
Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
Keep the store polished and aligned with our brand image at all times.


Who You Are

You have retail or hospitality experience and genuinely enjoy working with people.
You are confident, energetic, and naturally sales-driven.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You care about style, presentation, and details.
You are reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
You are available to work weekends.
