Customer Care Assistant W/M

Role :

In this role, you will :

  • Provide information about our products in English and in French by email or by phone
  • Report product issues and concerns
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Work collaboratively with our store and our partners
  • Identity process improvements to positively impact our customer experience

We are looking for an energetic, bilingual member of the customer care team :

  • Native English speaker and fluent in French
  • Excellent communication (writing and speaking) and problem solving skills
  • Experience in customer service is a strong advantage
  • Autonomous, empathic and proactive
  • Team player
