We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can inspire and lead a team and who enjoys working with people to achieve great results.
Every day is different at Jimmy Fairly, however your key responsibilities will include directing customer service, analyzing sales, staff scheduling, overseeing store operations, training & development, recruitment and managing employees.
We encourage diversity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds. You don’t need to be optician or optometrist to join the team. The key qualities that we look for in our store managers are:
- At least 1 years’ experience as a sales assistant
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong commercial skills
- Supportive management style
